Robert D. Klingensmith, Esq.
Attorney Robert D. Klingensmith attended college at Penn State University where he graduated in 2008 with a Bachelor of Arts degree Crime, Law and Justice and a minor in Political Science. He attended Duquesne University School of Law and graduated cum laude in 2012 and received the CALI Award for excellence in trail advocacy. While in law school he served as Tipstaff to the Honorable Ronald W. Folino of the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas, Civil Division. After law school, he served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable W. Terrence O’Brien of the Allegheny Court of Common Pleas, Civil Division. Attorney Robert D. Klingensmith became an associate with Harold Shepley & Associates, LLC in January 2013.
